Lifetime Warranty Information 

YetiTac stands behind the integrity, durability, and quality of the craftsmanship of our products. Our products are fully warranted against defect in materials and workmanship with a lifetime guarantee. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it at no charge or replace it if we cannot fix it. Only unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. We cannot be responsible for loss or improper use of our products. If your item arrives and is broken please contact us immediately for replacement. To submit a warranty claim please navigate to our Contact Us page. Be as detailed as possible describing your warranty issue. 


Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel or change your order. All cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee of total purchase. Custom items cannot be changed 5 days after initial date of purchase or if the order has begun production. Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for custom orders that have entered the production phase or for any orders that have already been shipped. Full refunds may be issued with discretion upon request within 24 Hours after date of purchase on CUSTOM items and QUICK-SHIP items that have not shipped. Any refunds issued after this period are subject to a 25% restocking fee of total amount paid. For a store credit, 100% of purchase price will be issued. 

Returns/Exchange Policy

Contact us before returning any items, we will not be responsible for items returned without authorization.. Returns are accepted up to 15 days after shipping date and are subject to a 25% restocking fee of the total paid minus the cost of shipping. Refunds will be issued in the form of Store Credit. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Some custom items may not be eligible for return due to their complexity and uniqueness.
